Ucute Foods Shop Policies
All Sales are Final.
Once a payment goes through, payment processing fees are non-refundable to Ucute Foods and to the buyer.
Ucute Foods is not responsible if the customer drops and/or damages their item(s). If your item arrives damaged, you have 24 hours to contact us from the time the USPS tracking shows the package is delivered.
Ucute Foods is not responsible for lost/damaged packages. If your item does arrive damaged, contact us ASAP!
If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, email Ucute Foods immediately. Make sure you include:
- A subject to your email
- Proof of your order
- A picture of the item(s) you recieved
Package Sent Back?
When filling out your address information at checkout, you MUST include your FULL address. Don't forget to include the number of your house, apartment, unit, etc.
Ucute Foods is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer. Shipping costs will not be refunded for packages returned to sender.
If the address mistake was made before a consumer recieves their confirmation email, they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting Ucute Foods. The customer has 24 hours to reach out, otherwise, no further action can be done to resolve the issue.
Ucute Foods is not responsible for packages "returned to sender", for any reason other than miscalculation of shipment costs by Ucute Foods. If packages are "returned to sender" for any other reason than the listed above, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost to reship the package.
Ucute Foods is not responsible for any allergies or injuries of ANY KIND.
